		<description>PS  I&#039;m happy with the permission gap - it&#039;s a powerful feature of Social Media - so much easier to control who can communicate with you than e-mail.  Means I guess that your behavior has to stay within acceptable bounds - otherwise people will just turn you off.</description>

   I like the pull approach - I guess sometimes called the rejection free approach. Tell people what you do and leave it to them to pick up the lead if they are interested, if not move on to some other topic.</description>
