Hi JOhn, I agree with Tom. I was hit by a severe stroke last year in November 2010.But now I'm getting stronger and stronger and I can do every thing I did before again. I hope a lot of people will enjoy and use your knowledge and skill you share. I've learned a lot from you and I very grateful for that. All the best in what ever you're doing.
John,
Glad to see your making the most of it..11 years ago I was told I had 6-8 months to live from a rare form stomach cancer.

So after I beat it, I decided the most of it and move forward.

Hang in there John...your knowledge and skills are needed

Hi Eric,

What did the great British PM Edmund Burke say? "All that's needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing."

The world lost a wonderful talent in Jim Henson because he refused to seek treatment for a chest infection that turned into a fatal case of pneumonia.

Abusers will always be with us, my friend, but unless we shine a fierce, bright light on their antics and constantly educate inexperienced people about the fallacies and falsehoods of abuse, our much-loved (and much-despised because of those abusers) business system will eventually sink under a rising tide of these parasites.

Amway refused to offer training and turned a blind eye to exploiters who sprang up in default, offering abusive "systems" (like book of the month and tape of the week) that eventually led the UK government to try to shut the company down for its failure to act against the parasites after decades of damage to hundreds of thousands of uninformed distributors in that country.

I could go on and on, but I think the point is reasonably clear. And, of course, there's always the sobering thought that, if we refuse to self-regulate, the politicians (trigger-pullers) and bureaucrats (bullet-loaders and gun-aimers) will eventually do it for us. *Shudder*

Hi John
Thought that looked like your style. I guess the problem with using analogies is that they are never perfect. Yes its one thing to suggest that a corporate entity mends it ways (if its doing so then maybe a change in name may — I say may — flag the change in attitude), but its somewhat different when its an industry as a whole that's involved. An industry which seems to attract the scammers etc.

Sure it would be great if the industry could regulate itself better — but there will always be fringe players who don't accept the ethical approach. Maybe just a cross that has to be borne.

Hi John,

Just to update you how Afformation is helping not just me.

Last week I went to visit an old friend. We talked about mindset transformation. Her office mate joined our conversation. I demonstrated to them Affirmation vs Afformation. To make the long story short, they both realized how rich and blessed they are! Needless to say, they're happy with the realization. Thanks to Afformation.

Hi Eric,

It stands to reason that, if your Twitter and Facebook broadcasts are promoting your blog posts, directly or indirectly, that the quality, relevance and value of the content at the desired destination for post readers (your blog) have to be worth the effort for the visitor.

PS - I'm just wondering about the implication to the automation process you suggested namely propagating blog posts via Twitter, Facebook, linked in etc. Does it all hinge on the blog content and its relevance and value.

Great Article John. Carries the uncomfortable message that to be effective one has to actually work. It backs up my thoughts that SN facilitates reaching and interacting with people its not a great advertising medium.
Too much open ended promotions directed at no one (resulting in no one listening)
